I live in NY, where the school district is responsible for providing OT, PT and speech for my 4-yo. Would I get similar services in the Phx area? Which districts are best?

Child Find is a federal "law" that does put the responsibility for early intervention services on local school districts, so if you were to move, similar services should be available. I'm not from Phoenix, but if you go to the upper right corner of this page, where it says "Search community by keyword" and enter "Phoenix" you will find a variety of previous conversations that talk about their schools.
