The Menlo Circus Club in Atherton has a "Wednesday Evening Ballroom Dance" program for 6th
How old are your sons? I'm not in CA, but in my community there are etiquette classes offered through the local park district, and the "graduation" consists of a "parent/child" dinner where they can demonstrate all of the good habits and manners that they've learned. Perhaps there is something like that offered in your area?
