Hi.. Does anyone know were I can find a support group for ADHD families.

ddyurubi
Our son was diagnosed 2 years ago and he is being treated with medication and behavioral therapy. We have made alot of changes in order to help him, and I am very happy with the Docter and Therapist that sees him. I would like to meet other parents facing ADHD. So that maybe we can give each other advive and support and even playdates.

Chadd is the best "national" source for ADHD support, with local chapters providing an opportunity to meet many other parents. You might also see if there is an LDA (Learning Disabilities Association) chapter in your area.
For "online" support, this group is very knowledgeable: www.millermom.proboards107.com

Welcome to GS community. Check with your local library or call your school district or speak with your child's special education teacher. There is always a local support group around any town or city.
Join the GS community parents' group, which discussion is based on ADHD and others LD
Check the left corner of your computer and click to groups, which will give you a range of group to select from.
Best wishes and welcome again to GS community.
