Although I've never actually done it.. I assume it may not be as easy as it should. Whatever you do, don't accept no as an answer. Ask to speak to a supervisor/manager or someone with authority. Don't hesitate to contact the superintendent. Be prepared to provide your reasons for the transfer (poor teachers, concern for your child's well being, etc.) and make it good. Good Luck to you.
