Hi. It's difficult to know for sure what you're asking... there are "cut off dates" for how old children have to be in order to enter kindergarten, and there are "cut off dates" for when applications have to be submitted to apply to magnet schools, charter schools, etc. There are frequently different "cut off dates" for student athletes who want to participate in particular sports.
I would suggest that you phone whatever school is nearest to your home, and ask them. You might also try doing a "google search" for the name of your state and school district plus descriptive words of whatever cut-off date you're interested in.
