Hi iamxiuon,

Welcome to GreatSchools!

You may not know it but this is a nation wide forum, not a website for a specific school. Since your new in town, and it doesn't sound like you are attending school yet, have you tried to check out the local places where kids your age frequent? Maybe if you met a couple of kids from your new school you wouldn't feel so nervous about finding someone to sit with when you go to school.

If by chance you don't meet anyone before you attend school you may have to sit alone the first couple of days. I would suggest that you see if there is anyone in your classes that you could befriend than after a couple of days ask to eat lunch with them, or they may even invite you. It's only natural to feel nervous about a new school and making new friends. It may take a few days or even a week to feel comfortable, you'll get the hang of it.
