What are the best public/private elementary schools as well as neighborhoods in Dallas Tx?

My husband is going to have to relocate to Dallas for work and I would like to know the best schools to look into, public and private (elementary). I am also interested in the best neighborhoods to buy in. I appreciate ANY help :)
