DO ANY OF THE SCHOOLS IN JOHNSTON START WITH KINDERGARTEN??

I AM FROM NORTH PROVIDENCE AND JUST MOVED TO THE SIMMONSVILLE AREA, I AM NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE SCHOOL SYSTEMS IN JOHNSTON AND I HAVE A 4 YEAR OLD THAT I AM LOOKING TO PUT IN KINDERGARTEN FOR NEXT YEAR "2009". AS OF LAST YEAR IN NORTH PROVIDENCE THEY EXTENDED THE KINDERGARTEN CLASSES FROM A HALF A DAY TO A FULL DAY, WHICH IS CONVENIENT FOR WORKING PARENTS. CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN THE SURROUNDING AREA HAVE KINDERGARTEN AND IF IT IS A FULL DAY PROGRAM OR NOT?????

All our elementary schools in Johnston, Iowa have all day kindergarten and some half day.

its only half a day.

yes they have kindergarten at the early childhood center in johnston. my daughter will be attending this school year. you can call 233-0054 and get the info you need.
