How do Mountain House schools investigate their employees to make certain that they don't hire child molesters

Anonymous
I believe we have to face the fact that people who are pedophiles often seek employment near children. It's important to me that schools deal with this possibility, and have a good process to do so. It's important that school officials don't stick their heads in the sand about this matter.

Hi Anonymous,

When I got a teaching job in a public school, I had to undergo a background check and get fingerprinted before I could start my job. I believe this is required for all public schools across the country.
