You really need to contact your child's individual teachers/school... Did you get a parent handbook at the beginning of the year? It should say...
In my son's high school,
A= 93-100
B= 85-92
C= 77-84
D= 70-76
F= below 70

It may depend on other factors, but I believe the breakdown is as follows:

90-100% - A
80-89% - B
70-79% - C
60-69% - D
Anything below - F
