Can you help me interpret WISC-IV results

My son is 11 years old and has been having difficulties with attention and staying on task from kindergarten. He is currently repeating 5th grade and is being treated for ADD with Adderal and Strattera.
We have moved frequently and English is now his third language.

95% confidence is that where most people will fall. VCI 75 to 89 PRI 98 to 113 WMI 94 to 102 PSi 76 to 94 Full Scale 85 to 95 The Mean is 100 people will fall into this area. Deviation of 15 means that there is a problem but not to severe, a deviation of 15 to 30 points is two devations and a problem is present.
Your son is pretty much with in average ranges for those scores. He does seem to have a possible memory problem( Digit span) and letter/number sequencing. With these scores the mean is 10 students are at average a deviation of three points (7) is showing a little bit of a problem, if they are showing less than 7 then there is a present problem in the area. Does seem to have a low but not bad score in comprehension. Over all his reading ability doesn't seem to have to much of an effect on his ability to learn. I hope this helps!

Hi. When you say that "English is now his third language," can you clarify what other languages your son is fluent in, and what "order" he learned them? How long has he been in the U.S. school system learning English, and is he currently attending a U.S. public school?
