We are moving to the south next summer '09 for a job at KIA plant in West Point, GA. We will have an upcoming 8th grader and 5th grader. Where should we live? Auburn, AL? Columbus, GA? Lagrange, GA? What neighborhoods?

Have you tried using the "Research and Compare" feature on the green menu bar near the top of this page? It can give you an idea of schools in the area to start with. You might see if the town you're interested in have websites, and what real estate agents tell you about local housing costs, other services in the area, etc.. If you can visit the area before you move, that would be the ideal thing, because first-hand views are best.
