Check the county assessor site and they may have a public school listing just by typing in your address.
In many towns, there is only one school district; or you might find elementary grades are one district, and high school is another.
The easiest ways, if you just moved to the community, would be to ask your real estate agent, or a neighbor. You could drive up to a nearby school, and give them your address, and ask whether your home is located within their attendance zone. I'm sure they could give you information on which district to enroll in.
