Each school is different when it comes to grades, especially in preschool settings. You really should call the teacher and ask what her policy is.
My son's school had a single 8 1/2 X 11 sheet of paper, that listed "things a 4-yr-old should know" (like numbers 1-10, their first name, etc.) and then little "smiley faces" if the child had mastered the task, or a blank space if they hadn't. It was nothing like a report card that older students would receive, with actual grades or details.
