How do we find good schools in Milford or Franklin, relocating from UK?

fraj1906
Our girls are 8 (Grade 3) and 4 (PK). We know very little about the area, so want to find a friendly family area. Can you help?

Ah yes, I wasn't very clear, was I? Milford or Franklin, MA, was what I meant to say! Thanks for the tip, I will check out the R & C. I'd kind of also like to hear some subjective tips if there are any out there - mums know best!

Welcome...Greatschools is a nationwide U.S. forum, and I'm not sure what state Milford or Franklin are in. (In the U.S., town names are often repeated in different states, so there is more than one "Franklin,")

Have you tried using the Research and Compare feature on the green menu bar near the top of this page? You can enter the location and then identify elementary schools within that area. You might then contact some specific schools, to find out more about their attendance boundaries (where you live determines which public school your children would attend) although private schools (where you pay tuition) don't usually have boundaries.
I hope this helps....
