I was diagnoised with bells'palsy when I was pregant my son have a learning disibility I was wondering could

that have anthing to do with that, he does not comprehend well, he read below his level, and sometimes his right his d for b and and he might think b is the letter d

Welcome. Bells Palsy is more common in pregnant woman (see 2nd subheading of attached link):

In preforming a quick search on Google and Yahoo, I did not find any information that linked bells palsy directly to development of learning disabilities.

Regardless, if you feel your son may have a learning disability, please feel free to take tjlove's suggestion and join us at the the "Learning and Attention Difficulties" group here at GS.
