My son attends Nimitz Junior High were he has constantly been criticize for his ethic background. He has had a child spit in his face, slapp him, and later resulted in three young men following him home and beating him. Not only did my son tell his coach/asst principal but so did I and nothing was done. I filed a police report with the locals, and even through it is the job of the school to file a report as well within 10 days and send it to the superindent, this was also ignored. My sons things has been stolen from his locker, but yet it has been passed over by school administrators. Another childs cell phone was stolen and it was blamed on my son, whom was suspended for three days. School officials never new the phone was stolen until my son went to talk to the counselor to tell her he was being threaten by this young ladies boyfriend. My son also had a witness to say he didn't but they wouldn't talk to him. So this resulted in my son giving in and admitting. I have a problem!
