yes there is in fact many schools in Newark that provide AP courses most of them are magnet high schools such as American History High school, Arts High School, Science Park, University, and Technology. These schools provide AP courses in English, Calculus, History and more. American History High school however just started offering AP courses for English and U.S History, so this school would be a great choice to take these types of courses.That school also offer college courses at Essex County College as well.Whatever school you choose good luck.
