i am going to be taking full custody of a realtives son who is elementry school age

the child I am going to have custody is 7, I know no one who can care for him after school until I get off work. I work from noon to 9pm and I do not know which school would be best to put him in I need help, i have no children of my own and i don't know where to begin

i live in fairburn ga I will contact social services because he currently lives in ohio and i also need to know what the process is of my gaining custody from another state but thanks

First we need to know where you are, what state and city. Secondly he would spend most of his day away from you which might cause some serious problems. Is there a possibility you could change your schedule? I am sure your employer would understand your position with respect to this child. Other than that I would talk to social services to see if they could help!
