Make sure she gets a good night sleep before the test. Ensure she eats a good breakfast the day of the test. And, most importantly, do your best to ensure she does not feel pressured.

Either she is, or she isn't. You can't make her be or not be-she was born that way. There is no preparing, in my opinion.

You don't really prepare for it. I mean I guess you can take classes for it, but it's rather pointless.

If you really feel like challenging her, you can just force her to take Honors (GT) during High School because it's based on your choice in HS.
