my son is living with his dad and stepmom and she has done everything possible to keep him from me. she has brainwashed him not to talk to me when his dad is at work what do i do? how do i deal with it?

Go to family court and start with mediation. A court mediator with help you and your son's dad come up with a parenting plan. Unless there is history of you being an unfit parent (abuse, drug use, violence, inability to provide basic needs, etc.), you have more rights that your son's step mom.
