My 12 year old 7th grader who w/be 13 next month goes to a district #4 middle school and the teacher to my

knowledge require the students to write in cursive. Granted that my child went to a elementary school in another district that taught (and the used) cursive handwriting in kindergarten. Is the acceptable in other districts? (I do make him write in cursive,but I know for a fact he doesn't use it at school for his school assignments.
