Teacher Attitudes

How do I get my child past the fact that she cannot change a teacher's attitude but control her own and apply her efforts towards being a success and accomplishing her goals regardless if the teacher's attitude is bad?

Tell your daughter, we can't choose who our boss will be one day. To keep her goals regardless, it's a part of life, and when she is older her effort will be seen and she will be an asset, wish her great success for the future for me.
