HELP! I spent to much time loving my kids that I did discipline them properly and now my 16 yr old is defiant, my 10 yr old throws tantrum's and my 3 yr old says he hates me when he doesn't get his way.
My two older sons biological father died unexpectedly 12/1/07 that's had a serious impact on our lives. My now husband and I have had a rocky marriage and it's finally doing better but the side effects to the family from the past has left us in turmoil. I want to talk to another mom with a similar situation. I know how my kids got this way. I realize I have to change my style of parenting and that's the scariest thing of all.
