I need desperate help in finding a pre-school.

Family1First
My son is in a pre-school that he just started about two weeks ago. It seems like they do not teach kids anything there and they let them play all day. I work in Boston 02110 and live in Chelsea, MA does anyone have a suggestion? I want him out of there asap. I have a voucher through child care choices. Thanks!!!

My kid did very well at Mrs. Marley's Preschool in Winthrop. They got him ready for Kindergarten, and he was very advanced by the time he got to public school, thanks to the excellent teachers at Mrs. Marleys. They do a lot more than just babysit your kid. They sit and read with the children, teach them spelling, games, puzzles, etc. And the teachers are very smart -- all college educated! If you want your kid to learn a lot, send him there.

You can try Patti-Cake Daycare on Elm Street in Everett. She takes vouchers and takes kids from 2.9 years to afterschool care.
