I'm in Los Angeles County and I've never seen a specific list of the top 10 for the county given how many districts are within the county. You'd have to decide what criteria you were using. School districts in Los Angeles County with notoriously strong test scores include Las Virgenes Unified School District and the La Canada Unified School District both to the north and Santa Monica-Malibu School District closer to Los Angeles.
