my child has been lost, pushed down on the playground and had his shirt cut with scissors by another classmate

and its only 1 month into the school year i have went to the principal /teacher/and the sub for these issues and all i get is "u can get a patch to iron on to the shirt(it WAS new)we will watch more carefully(but they didnt punish the boy who pushed him down) and when he got lost they said that he shoulda been payiong attention!(he is in kindergarten and i do agree but it is also there job to watch them right?)

I would get my child out of that school. It sounds to me like they don't even care about the students and they certainly showed you no respect as a parent. It IS part of their job to keep an eye on him if he is only in kindergarten. My goodness, I am just in shock with what you wrote. My daughter got lost at a field trip in the fifth grade and even at that age they did not BLAME her. It was a mistake on her and the teachers part and they admitted that.
