What are the top elementary, middle and high schools in Fairbanks North Star Borough School district?

I am looking at relocating to Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Are there any other districts in this area? How many students are in a class to 1 teacher? How is the Special Education dept and services? Will district expect to reevaluate my child when we get there, and will I have to fight for services? Is there a Parent Training Information Center in this area? If so what is the telephone number?
