The best thing to do is send an email to the teacher asking for an appointment, assuming they have this, and cc the principal. If you get no response within 2 or 3 days, email again, cc'ing the principal. If you get no response this time, go talk to the principal directly.
The next best thing is to leave a phone message for the teacher to return your call. Do this each day for one week. If you get no response, go talk to the principal.

I am sorry, i need more information. What was going on at the time??? What grade is your child in???
