You should contact the school nearest to where you live, and ask them how to register her. If you aren't sure, then ask a neighbor where their children go to school. If this is the first time she will be attending school, then you will probably need to bring her birth certificate, a copy of her medical records showing that her innoculations are current, and at least two proofs of your current address. (driver's license, utility bill, etc.)
