I have issues with a neighbor and the little girl use to be friend's with my son , well they are no longer friends and , She is going to be a HUGE distraction to him On top of that he has a reading disability.

Call the school's office or email your son's teacher and ask. Just let him or her know why. I think most teachers will be glad to help you.

Yes! It is something to be concern about and the good news is children forgive more than adults. They may continue to play together in school, while their parents refuse to play. I guess they are in Elementary school.
For the reading disability, try to get the best help for him in the school and out of school.
