It seems your are a very loving and caring mother and wife. I think you on the right direction for asking for help.
Do you think of demanding respect from your two teens and husband, respecting yourself, and giving them their freedom. Yes, freedom for them doing the appropriate things for themselves and your husband paying for someone to clean the house once or twice a month.
If you are work at home mother, find a hobby or part-time job not necessary for money. If you work outside the home, find a h0bby that will give you a free time without people who refuse to respect you and what you do. Treat yourself nice and as VIP and hopefully your children will do the same.
Respect your children / husband and demand respect from them and possible stop this behavior being transferred to your future children's spouse. Tell your husband WHY he should respect you and your children WHY they should be respectful of their mother, themselves, and others.
I would love to take a class in parenting. Especially for teenagers. I have two. One is 12 and the other one is 18. Even though we think we can handle it. This is not true. My husband shows me no respect, so my kids think that they can treat me the same way. What do I do. Ana
The best parenting class in Temecula is taught by my wife. She's a licensed psychologist, and she teaches Love and Logic parenting. She's great! Her email is dr.henderson@juno.com
