I belive the best way to help your daughter develop good eating habits is for her to join you in the food preparation process. Mother and daughters have been cooking together for centuries and it provides a warm and cozy atmosphere for you to share with her. For example, she is only five but you can take her to the grocery store, to the produce section and explain to her that nature helps us with all the colors. We need to eat alittle from each color every couple of days, then our bodies grow up very strong. Encourage her to keep track of the colors of the daily menu.
