i dont really know how to find out what the kindergarten requirements are does anyone know what they are or know how to find out?.. my son starts Aug 11th

It's not clear from your question if you're trying to find out about specific dates and what paperwork you need to enroll your child in a specific school, or if you are asking a general question about what children are expected to know before starting kindergarten. If you're asking about a specific school, your best bet is to call the district offices. They will probably tell you to bring proof of residency, birth certificate, and up to date immunization records to the school in order to enroll your child. Some schools might also give a "readiness test" like asking a child their name and perhaps to assess their coloring and cutting and printing skills, etc. It all depends on your district.
