Not sure if this is for remedial coursework or to get ahead, but contact her school. Assuming she's entering middle school, contact her current school and find out if she'd attend her current or new school. In our district in Los Angeles, only remedial summer school will be offered.
I know with the current budget situation in California, many schools are still up in the air on summer school, so you might have to call back in a week or so when the state budget is supposed to be passed.

Are you looking for math and language arts instruction? If she just left a public elementary school, her former school should offer summer school. Her new school should also offer classes. Local parks and recreation, boys and girls clubs, and community colleges also offer free or low cost classes in the summer.
