how do i know when to register my son

i have recently moved to Clifton colo. i am considering Clifton Elm. for my son to attend. and am not sure @ what birthdate the classes are devided. i also am not sure who to contact to find out when registeration is.

Call the school in which you will be sending him too. They can tell you right over the phone. Every school system/state has a different age cut off so I can't help there.
But just for GP most school's have already started taking apps for next year enrollment.

Looks like the Clifton phone number is available on this web site www.mesa.k12.co.us/2003/Schools/Clifton.cfm

They'll be in the best position to tell you their requirements and when registration is.
