Charter Schools in DE

Does anyone know about Thomas A. Edison -charter school in Wilmington, DE? I am moving from MI to PA/DE. in MI the cut-off date was Dec 1 for Kindergarten. But in PA/DE its Sep/Aug respectively. I researched for options and found the option of Charter schools. Does anyone have good experience with Charter schools and any one has info on the above mentioned school? Please let me know. - Thanks.
