School year is coming to an end soon. Is gift to a bus driver necessary .

Thank you for your thought. I bought a gift and gift card for the driver and my child will give the gifts to him on Tuesday. My husband suggested a big amount for Mr. driver. He does not make a suggestion or comment when it comes to gift giving. The driver is exception, all the members of our clan agreed. The man is a wonderful person for job. He does his job with joy and style. I hope we have him next year.

I give my children's bus driver a Christmas gift and end of the year. He watches over them and drop them in front of the house on rainy and snowy days.

If your child has had the same driver on the route for the entire year, I would. It doesn't have to be a high dollar value item, but just a thank you note with a token gift, like a small box of candy or flowering plant is nice.
