Looking for a good Public Elementary School in Orlando, FL

Is anyone familiar with schools in Windermere, Kissimee, Winter Garden or Dr. Phillips area?
Also we are looking for a good community in those areas. Our son is going to K1 class. I have a list of 117 schools now but I would like to know if someone lives in those areas.

I think , Dr. Phillips is a good school , with "A "grade.
