Other than areas with migrant farm workers I'd suggest Cleveland, OH or Toledo, OH. For schools in either city, I suggest you do a search at www.greatschools.net and type in Cleveland, OH or Toledo, OH. After those results are returned you can start to narrow it down by grade range or type and then use the My Schools List and the Search and Compare Tool to compare schools on academics and lots of other factors. You should also be able to see demographic breakdowns of each school there if that is important to you too.
