Need a great school for grade 2 and prek in montgomery county Rockville MD

can anyone help me finding a great school for my both kids in g2 and prek resp., situated in montgomery county in Rockville MD and can i put my kid in g1 directly to g3 skipping g2 as all her age kids are going to g3 now and she was left back a year.

rock creek valley elem. school I went there a couple of years ago it is really good. I know most of the staff there

With respect to your second question, it's not clear why she was left back a year, but I would talk to the school before attempting to put her back up a year. She may be the oldest in her class now, and that may be a cause of concern, but a larger concern will be pushing her ahead a year with kids that learned in class and hoping she can catch up.
