My student attends This school you are referring to. What is it you want to know?
The "google" search I did shows a Mr. Charles Arthur as the owner of the Mastery Learning Institute in Portland, OR. and his MLI organization runs various charter schools called the "Arthur Institute." They seem to focus on phonics and reading issues....
Since Greatschools is a nationwide forum, I'm not sure if you'll find many members from any particular area, much less people who have children at a particular school...If I were you, I'd visit it, and ask them for references of parents whose children are currently in the same grade that your child would be attending next year...also, you might ask what percent of their parents re-enroll each year.
