THANK YOU FOR THE ADVICE.CAN YOU TELL ME THE DIFFRENCE BETWEEN PUBLIC AND CHARTER SCHOOLS? THE SCHOOL MY SON WILL BE CLOSES TO WHEN WE MOVE IS A CHARTER SCHOOL AND HES ONLY ATTENDED PUBLIC...THANKS
