i taught at jt moore middle in nashville for a year and a half before giving birth to my daughter. it is an excellent school in a terrific area of nashville. this school offers excellent extracurricular actitivies and wonderful teachers. the pta is awesome too!

This Greatschools community is relatively "new" and the chance of finding someone from a specific town/area is small. You could try to start your own "new Group" and see if anyone else joins, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
If I were you, after you get the names of a few good schools from the "Research and Compare" part of this site, I might try to look at www.ratemyteachers.com site and see what kinds of specific comments people make about teachers at certain schools. You might also try to contact local real estate agents and see what they have to say about schools in different neighborhoods. I believe there's also a site that lists "Blue Ribbon Schools" and I'll try to locate that for you....

Yes I have read everything I can on that site. Thanks. I would love to speak with parent and from schools there. There are so many schools to pick from. Do you know a site for that? thank you.
