Does anyone know list of Public Preschools in Santa Clara/Milpitas/San Jose?

I am looking for list of Public Preschools (for age 4) in Santa Clara/Milpitas/San Jose. Please help me in getting this information. Is there any website where this information can be found.

Look on the BayAreaParent website and the monthly mags (free) that they put out. There is a summer one, a pre-school finder and the Bay Area Parent magazine which lists almost everything. I have used it for 15 years best thing in the world available at library's, schools, newstands (some).

Hi my mom works in Wilson pre school. It's great.

Right now GreatSchools only offers information on K-12 schools. I'm in the middle of a preschool search myself and I really the The Savvy Source. It's very similar to what we have here at GreatSchools, but it focuses solely on preschool education.

Have you checked to see if any are listed under the "Research and compare" portion of this site? (Go to the green menu bar near the top of this page.) Many times, preschools exist but they are privately operated, through churches, or the YMCA, or park districts...they generally do charge tuition, unlike a "public" school, but they usually accept all students, much like public schools would.
In my area, the only way I know of for students to attend public preschools "at no cost" are if they have been identified with some kind of early learning difficulties, and remediation is being provided.
