I don't have a specific name to give you, but I'd encourage you to do a couple of things...
Obviously, you may be limited by whomever is in your insurance plan, and if you're restricted to dealing with a particular hospital, then call them up and ask them which pediatric neurologists are on staff...
If you have a pediatrician or other doctor you already see and respect, have you asked them for a recommendation? (Even if it's not the same specialty as their own, they generally know and give referrals.)
Depending on what condition your child might be facing, ie., epilepsy, TBI, Tourette's, etc. I would try to join a Chicagoland parent support group. Parents with similar issues are often your best source of information as well as support, and living in a large metropolitan area is a benefit for having lots of resources available.
