I do not have a child in the Deer Valley District, but I do work for a Charter School. What I have recently noticed is that we have alot more parents coming to our school looking for services on the advice of Deer Valley (according to the parents). They say that Charter Schools are more equipped to handle the students, which for the most part is not true. I think what they are trying to do is move the kids out of their school system and make another school responsible. How sad, but not surprising in this economy. They will do what they can to save money.
