In My Own Words

I am a "new" mom, even though my daughter is already 2 years old everything she does and all the experiences we go through together for me is "new". Being a mom is probably the most difficult job I have ever had and I have a background of 15 years in Sales. Right now I am realizing that its time to start thinking about my daughter's education, should I put her in pre-school, private vs public and how in the world am I going to manage a full time job AND her education as well as extra curricular activities. I want to give my daughter the best education possible and her choice of what ever extra curricular activities she is interested in. I didn't have that option when I was a child. My parents worked hard to provide me a home, clothes to wear and food to eat but there wasnt any extra time on their hands or money in their pockets to give me options to explore my own interests. I also didn't go to college and am learning that nowadays looking for a job requires a degree from top schools and I want to ensure that my daughter doesn't have to struggle as I sometimes do when it comes to looking for a job.

Parents I'd Like to Meet

I'd love to meet parents who have balanced a career and raising their children. I'd also like to meet first time and WELL EXPERIENCED moms as sometimes I get frustrated and feel as though I am a lone warrior in this battlefield of mine.
