In My Own Words

My priority is my son. I am a single parent who thoroughly enjoys parenthood and considers my son's education one of the most important aspects of his life. So anything at all that I can take away from GreatSchools that will help US, help me help him to adapt to his challenges, and embrace his education HisWay, will be wonderful. My sacrifices will be neverending, because his present and future are MyPriority. =) Yes, I do have a life lol but really, his education, self-esteem, and self-worth is paramount to me. Because, one day Mommy won't be there and he'll be a man that will need to live independently. So - im busy laying the groundwork! yes i run out of patience at times - I get anxious - I dread at times - but you know what - I only have once chance to do this....and I teach him that there will be challenges in life for all of us and we have to learn how to manage them, move forward, work hard, and just try our best. He is so loving, wise, and personable and I know God is in control. That is where I put my faith, and that faith keeps us. As my son reminds me at times, "Mom - like you said -never say can't - You can do it." There is no greater love I'll tell ya....
