In My Own Words

I am the 56 year old mom of a 3 year old. I am a teacher at Montessori Rio Grande Charter School in Albuquerque, New Mexico. My favorite parenting memories are conversations with my daughter. My pet peeves are parents who send their children to school every day looking like they just got out of bed without combing their hair and parents who send their kids to school with chips, sugary drinks, and cookies for desert. On a daily basis I am excited about kids who loving learning and who love to share their learning with other kids.
